About Kevin Eliason

I have been working in the mortgage business since 1992 when I started with Puget Sound Bank.  I owned and operated Lakeside Mortgage from 1995 to 2008 at which time the mortgage industry changes directed me to Cobalt which is a leader in the industry today and will be for many years to come.  I have affiliated myself with the Eastlake (Seattle) branch due to the people I have grown with in this industry for over 15 years of my mortgage tenure.  I offer financing in all areas of Washington and can cover many other states on a case by case basis.  I prefer to meet with my clients and establish a relationship that will carry through many years of relationship referrals and trust.
